The Media Research Center's paid internship is the premier program for students looking to advance their career in conservative media. Interns work alongside industry professionals to play an active role in accomplishing the MRC's mission: to expose and neutralize left-wing media bias. 04/9/27 As an Video Editor Intern, you will be working closely with MRCTV staff to research, pitch, and create videos that mainstream media avoids. There are opportunities to attend and cover events in the D.C. area as well as assisting with video production.

Qualifications of an MRCTV intern:

Ability to present ideas concisely and clearly in writing (past journalism, blogging experience is helpful, but not required) Interest in hands-on experience with video production Flexibility to write on new subjects and current events Desire to combat media bias in major publications and news shows. Ability to meet deadlines

$14.00 per hour
