The Opportunity We're hiring an entry-level videographer to join our team and help us produce engaging, professional content for Instagram and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, eager to learn the real estate space, and ready to grow alongside a motivated team. You don't need years of experience — you need hustle, creativity, and the skills to capture and edit compelling short-form video. What You'll Do Film property walkthroughs, team spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content at listings across the Phoenix metro area Edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok (typically 15-90 seconds) Add captions, graphics, transitions, and music to finished videos Collaborate with the team lead to plan and execute a consistent content calendar Assist with uploading and scheduling posts across our social platforms Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, trends, and storytelling formats What We're Looking For Comfortable operating a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or high-quality smartphone camera Proficient in at least one video editing platform (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Understanding of what performs well on Instagram Reels and TikTok Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines Based in or able to travel within the Phoenix metro area Portfolio or sample reel required — links welcome in your application Bonus Points If You Have Experience with drone footage or aerial videography Knowledge of real estate or luxury property content Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) Your own equipment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $16-$18/hr depending on experience Flexible, part-time schedule that works around your availability A front-row seat to the Phoenix real estate market and industry Creative freedom to pitch ideas and put your style on our brand Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our team scales Build a real content portfolio with high-quality listings and brand work How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed and include a link to your portfolio, reel, or any video samples (YouTube, Google Drive, Instagram, TikTok — anything works).
