Responsibilities Operate professional video recording equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting setups, and accessories, to capture live event footage with clarity and precision. Plan shot lists and coordinate with event organizers to ensure all key moments are effectively documented. Set up and adjust camera settings, lighting, and sound equipment to optimize visual and audio quality during filming. Record high-quality audio using microphones and sound recording devices, ensuring clear sound for post-production editing. Edit raw footage using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to craft engaging final videos. Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and sound design to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. Manage post-production workflows efficiently by processing audio/video files for optimal quality and delivery deadlines. Collaborate with clients or event teams to understand their vision and ensure the final product aligns with their expectations. Maintain all video production equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness for upcoming shoots. Requirements Proven experience in videography, media editing, or related roles with a strong portfolio showcasing event coverage. Technical proficiency with camera setup, lighting for video production, sound recording for video production, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Lightroom. Knowledge of media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for post-production enhancements. Ability to operate various video recording equipment confidently in diverse environments. Strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques that captivate audiences through compelling imagery and narrative flow. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Creative eye for framing shots, lighting scenes effectively, and capturing authentic moments on camera. Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients or team members during shoots and post-production phases.
