Head of Media - Cinematographer Sellers Reserve | Newport Beach, CA | Full Time Sellers Reserve is looking for an experienced, highly creative and forward-thinking Head of Media to build and lead our in-house media division from our Newport Beach office. This is not a traditional real estate videography role. We are building a media operation designed to push the boundaries of how real estate, people and brands are presented . We want to create work that gets noticed, tells compelling stories, builds audiences and sets a new benchmark for real estate media. We are looking for someone who sees a property and thinks beyond the standard walkthrough video. Someone who understands cinematography, storytelling, emotion, social media and brand , and knows how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch. More than just a job... As Head of Media, you will take creative ownership of Sellers Reserve's media output across Orange County. You will lead the creative direction and production of property films, brand campaigns, agent content, social media, interviews, events, documentary-style content and larger original projects as the company grows. You will be expected to be both a creative leader and a hands-on operator . You should be equally comfortable developing the concept, directing the shoot and working with cameras as you are leading other creatives and shaping the finished story. We are particularly interested in someone with experience across cinematography, videography, directing, editing and content production who wants the freedom to do more ambitious work. Are you our next valued Team-member? You should have a strong body of professional work and a genuine passion for creating exceptional content. High-end real estate experience is valuable, but great storytelling and creative ability matter more to us than having spent your career in real estate . You will need strong cinematography and production skills, an excellent understanding of editing and post-production, experience producing content for social and digital platforms, and the ability to develop concepts rather than simply execute a brief. Most importantly, we want someone with ideas . Someone prepared to challenge convention, experiment, take creative risks and help us develop a recognizable media style that becomes distinctly Sellers Reserve.
