This role will involve traveling to active and completed project sites to capture professional photography, ground-level video, and aerial drone footage for use across our website, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other digital applications. Our projects are primarily located throughout South Florida , with occasional travel to projects outside of the local area. Responsibilities Travel to project sites throughout South Florida and, when needed, outside of the local area. Capture high-quality still photography of projects, products, installations, and completed structures. Capture professional video using professional camera equipment. Capture high-quality aerial photography and video using a drone. Document construction, installation, manufacturing, products, architectural details, and completed structures. Capture a variety of footage, including wide establishing shots, aerial footage, project details, installation processes, progress documentation, and finished work. Work with the internal marketing team to understand the objectives, shot list, and required content for each project. Prepare, organize, and deliver all agreed-upon project assets and deliverables , including edited photography, video footage, drone footage, and other requested media. Deliver assets in the required file formats, resolutions, and specifications for their intended use. Properly organize and label project files for easy access and future use by the marketing team. Provide both final edited assets and requested source/raw footage when included in the project scope. Maintain an organized archive of project assets as required. Communicate any limitations, site restrictions, weather concerns, or other factors that may affect the planned deliverables. Follow all applicable project-site, safety, drone, and insurance requirements. Requirements Proven experience in professional videography and photography . Professional portfolio required. Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating the quality and range of their photography and videography work. Professional camera equipment suitable for commercial projects. Professional drone equipment. FAA-certified Remote Pilot / Part 107 certification is highly preferred and strongly valued. Ability to safely and legally conduct commercial drone operations. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel independently to project sites. Commercial liability insurance and appropriate coverage for operating on project sites. Ability to work around active construction and installation environments. Strong understanding of professional composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Available to start as soon as possible. Preferred Experience Experience in the following areas is a plus: Construction Architecture Engineering Building products Manufacturing Structural systems Real estate development Architectural photography Construction documentation Industrial or product photography Experience working on active construction sites or capturing architectural, structural, or manufactured products is particularly valuable. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can arrive at a project, understand what needs to be captured, and independently produce high-quality visual content from capture through delivery . The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in both traditional photography/videography and aerial drone production , along with an understanding of how to capture architecture, structures, products, construction processes, and finished projects in a compelling and professional way.
