The role emphasizes strong visual storytelling, solid technical execution, and reliable on‑time delivery. Uses photographic, video graphic, film and/or multimedia equipment to capture images to visually optimize subjects, objects or places. Applies both creative and technical skills to tell stories for internal or external audiences. May include still photography, streaming, video, digital media or other visual capture. Responsibilities may involve choosing the appropriate medium; setting up equipment; writing scripts; producing; selecting music and effects; video editing; audiovisual production and coordinating with vendors. May research new or related technologies. Key Responsibilities Assist with script outlines, shot lists, location scouting, and equipment preparation. Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema‑grade cameras (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.) in studio and field settings. Capture interviews, B‑roll, and event footage; set up basic lighting and audio. Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro; add simple motion graphics in After Effects; perform basic sound design and color correction. Export content in platform‑specific formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Collaborate with producers, designers, and communications partners; attend project briefings and contribute creative ideas. Organize raw footage, project files, and final deliverables in the shared media library. Follow security and clearance procedures; obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required. What you'll bring to this role Storytelling ability: 2-3 years of professional video production experience showing clear narrative flow and visual impact.
