Job Overview:
As a Videographer/Editor at Kawaii Slime Company, you will be at the forefront of translating the enchanting world of our Kawaii sensory toys into visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually stunning short-form videos, with a keen understanding of trends on platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Additionally, we are expanding into long-form content on YouTube, making your expertise in both short and long-form content creation indispensable.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment, ensuring the essence of our Kawaii sensory toys is beautifully represented. Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that meets client specifications, paying meticulous attention to detail in order to enhance visual appeal. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects, ensuring alignment with the Kawaii Slime Company brand. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software to enhance video quality, incorporating motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to elevate production value. Ensure all videos are delivered on time and within budget, managing and maintaining video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer/editor or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and technical expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and other video editing software. Strong knowledge of film production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording. Familiarity with post-production processes such as color grading and audio mixing. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities. Experience with photography is a plus. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a plus.
