Job Description
Seeking a Kung Fu instructor/fight choreographer/martial art expert and Kung Fu performer for "Chronicles of Kung Fu," a two-channel video art project that brings together migrant experiences with scenes inspired by classic Hong Kong Kung Fu cinema. Video will be 10 minutes in length, directed by Paris-based video artist Yao Qingmei, whose practice spans moving image, performance, and installation. Her work has been exhibited at Centre Pompidou, Palais de Tokyo, and West Bund Museum, among others.
