Overview Join the dynamic and energetic team behind the House of Fab podcast as a dedicated Podcast Crew Member! In this role, you will be at the heart of creating engaging, high-quality content that captivates our audience. From filming and editing to managing lighting and audio, you'll bring your technical expertise and creative flair to every episode. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in media production while contributing to a vibrant, innovative project. If you're passionate about storytelling, media technology, and live production, this is your chance to shine! Responsibilities Assist in filming episodes using professional videography equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. Operate broadcast studio equipment, including lighting systems, audio systems, and video processing tools, to create a polished final product. Manage lighting for video production, including theatrical lighting equipment and rigging to set the perfect mood for each scene. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other media editing tools to craft engaging content for release. Design graphics and visual elements utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software to enhance episode visuals. Coordinate live event AV production projects, ensuring seamless operation of audio and video during recordings or live streams. Support post-production activities such as color correction with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe After Effects for visual effects. Requirements Proven experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. Strong knowledge of media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Lightroom. Familiarity with filming techniques and live production performance standards. Hands-on experience operating broadcast studio equipment and theatrical lighting systems. Ability to handle audio systems and perform audio and video processing tasks efficiently. Knowledge of lighting for video production and experience with rigging or theatrical lighting equipment preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A passion for media creation, storytelling, and innovative content development.
