You will bridge the gap between our technicians and customers by creating personalized, engaging video reports of customer vehicles. After a service (like an oil change) or inspection, you will walk around the vehicle, highlighting work completed and clearly explaining recommended future services to build trust and transparency.

Key Responsibilities Video Production:

Capture high-quality video footage of vehicles using a company-provided smartphone or tablet.

Customer Communication:

Explain the technician's findings, including visual evidence of worn parts (brakes, tires, filters) and upcoming maintenance needs, in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Service Highlights:

Showcase completed services to assure customers of the quality of work.

Uploading/Sharing:

Promptly edit (if needed) and upload videos to the dealership's inspection software to send to customers via text or email.

Collaboration:

Partner with service advisors and technicians to ensure all crucial vehicle information is conveyed.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized work area in the service bay. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, engaging on-camera presence. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance (or strong willingness to learn). Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for recording and uploading video content. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for long periods.
