Every brief, motion, and letter you write moves a client's case forward, gets attention from the right parties, and helps deliver justice. As a Legal Writer, you'll dig into medical records, summarize complex facts, and translate legal strategy into persuasive, polished writing. You'll work alongside attorneys and pod leaders to ensure that every document reflects our signature quality—and helps maximize recovery for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Craft compelling, accurate legal documents that reflect deep understanding of Michigan No-Fault Law. Analyze medical and billing records to support your drafting with precision and clarity. Conduct focused research and synthesize information quickly to meet internal deadlines. Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to ensure documents are case-ready. Follow up on outstanding assignments and escalate issues when needed. Infuse your writing with strategy, structure, and polish—nothing goes out the door unless it meets our standard.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree required; JD strongly preferred. Strong legal writing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and organization. In-depth understanding of the legal process, particularly Michigan No-Fault Law. Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone and interpersonal skills—you're just as confident talking to a doctor's office as you are drafting a motion. Commitment to producing timely, high-quality work that supports our mission of winning for every client.
Work Environment & Details:
Based in our professional office setting, with standard tech and equipment. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
