Service Writer / Service Manager Confidential Opportunity | Suburbs of Kansas City Are you a high-performing service advisor who's ready to lead? Or an experienced service manager looking for an organization that values people, performance, and growth? We're an established, fast-growing independent automotive repair company seeking a motivated Service Writer / Service Manager to help lead one of our busy locations. This is a confidential search, and all inquiries will be handled discreetly. What You'll Do Lead the front-of-house team and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Build trust with customers through honest recommendations and clear communication. Coach and develop service advisors to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate estimates. Monitor key performance indicators including sales, gross profit, ARO, labor sales, and customer retention. Help recruit, train, and develop a winning team. Create a positive, accountable culture where employees thrive. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Manager. Strong sales and customer service skills. Proven leadership ability with a passion for developing people. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with automotive shop management software.
