Minimum Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years' experience in agency, publishing, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field Proficient in Word Proficiency in Adobe suite a plus (InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator) Editing experience and/or experience dealing with freelancers Desired Master's degree Digital/online writing experience Social media communications experience Write copy for all Customer Communications products, including SOLOs, themed mailers, portfolios, word-of-mouth and MyMagazine Schedule brainstorms and handle freelance network, including assigning articles and recipes for development Collaborate with designers to finalize visual concepts that support the strategic purpose of each piece Write copy for word-of-mouth, as needed Review all creative work in accordance with QA process, ensuring correct style, voice and adherence to guidelines, ensuring each piece meets objectives set by creative brief Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
