Job Description

Job Description We're looking for a part-time contractor to own our clients LinkedIn presence building out a content calendar, writing and scheduling posts, and designing accompanying graphics in Canva (or a design tool of preference). This is a great fit for someone who understands B2B social strategy and can work independently with minimal oversight. This will be 40-50 hours a month and offering 35-37/hr. Responsibilities Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company priorities, business milestones, marketing campaigns, industry trends and insights Write, edit, and schedule LinkedIn posts (company page and exec thought-leadership posts) Design simple, on-brand graphics/carousels in Canva to accompany posts Monitor engagement and suggest adjustments based on performance Stay current on LinkedIn best practices and B2B content trends Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and input on messaging

Skills and Requirements Proven experience managing a LinkedIn company page (B2B experience strongly preferred) Strong writing skills being clear, professional, and having an engaging tone Ability to distill complex topics into simple terms Comfortable with Canva for basic graphic design (templates, carousels, simple branded visuals) Familiarity with a content calendar/scheduling tool (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, LinkedIn native scheduler, or similar) Self-directed and reliable and able to manage a recurring cadence with minimal check-ins Experience with LinkedIn analytics/reporting
