Design Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Specialist to manage the lifecycle of memorial creation. This role is a unique blend of technical design, hands-on machinery operation, and compassionate family consultation. You will be the bridge between a family's vision and the final physical tribute. Duties Collaborate closely with sales team / families to understand their vision, preferences, and cultural considerations for memorial design projects Develop detailed digital and physical layouts for memorials using industry-standard design software Create custom artwork, illustrations, and visual elements that enhance the memorial's aesthetic and emotional impact Design signage, plaques, and other production materials with precision, ensuring alignment with branding standards and client specifications Ensure color management, typography, layout consistency, and print accuracy across all designs while adhering to industry best practices in digital art and print advertising Skills Strong skills with an eye for detail and emotional storytelling in visual design Expertise in branding principles to create cohesive memorial identities that resonate personally with families Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines Join us as a Memorial Designer and help craft heartfelt tributes that honor lives beautifully.
