Full-Time Cook Oak Glen Post-Acute Oak Glen Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for preparing quality meals and enjoy making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
Position Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, appetizing meals for our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established menus and dietary guidelines Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure a positive dining experience for residents Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas Follow all food safety and infection control standards Work weekends on a rotating schedule
Qualifications:
Previous experience cooking for groups or in a healthcare setting preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Reliable, professional, and service-focused
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development
Schedule:
Full-Time, with weekend rotation required
