Summary:
The Digital Payment Support Rep monitors bill pay generated alert notifications and discrepancies throughout the day. The Rep contacts members to verify transactions. Education and/orExperience:
High school education or GED required, associate's degree preferred Minimum one year banking experience required Strong oral/written communication skills Problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word System knowledge and experience in DNA preferredJob Responsibilities:
Monitors payment generated alert notification and discrepancies daily Categorizes bill pay alerts to identify trends, anomalies and other critical bill pay data Approve, decline or escalate issues to management Answers bill pay system process questions from internal/external users, including contacting members when necessary Responds quickly, completely, accurately and courteously to telephone calls and emails received from members and employees Provides interdepartmental support/collaboration Establishes accounts (e.g., checking, savings, holiday and vacation clubs, etc.) in the operating system Enhance and deepen member relationships by providing expert financial solutions that allow members to achieve their financial goals Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining theTeachers Team:

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
