RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement

• Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building relationships with potential customers. Sell with a Purpose
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution. Stay Sharp on Market Trends

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with others. Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering interactions with team members and clients. Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Multitasking abilities, with prioritization and time-management skills. Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals. Have your own transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. Employer conducts criminal background check. 18 years or older due to hours of work.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED. Seeking a long-term career opportunity. Valid Driver's license for required travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat.

Salary:

$35,568 Salary +

Uncapped Commission OTE:

$80k
