Core Responsibilities:

Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

Personal Care:

Assist consumers with daily routines, including transfers, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Home Support:

Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.

Community Help:

Provide transportation to appointments or errands within the Welsh area.

Daily Documentation:

Keep accurate logs of care provided and report any health changes.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid Driver's License or Valid ID and Social Security Card Background:
