Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in daily activities and promote independence in their homes. Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders to ensure health and safety. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients while adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for the best client outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in healthcare preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
