We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals in Beaver County and surrounding areas! We are currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill shifts with various available hours in: Ambridge Bridgewater various hours also available in Coraopolis and Crafton/Ingram in Allegheny County Daylight and Evening hours available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

(DSP): Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and specialized care in daily living, social, and recreational activities. Provide support and assistance to foster independence of individuals. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals. Assist and encourage individuals to engage in various activities in the home and community. Able to provide a full range of Personal Care services including, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, and mobility assistance. The perfect candidate will possess a passion for helping others, trustworthiness, dependability, and time management skills to ensure the completion of necessary tasks. Ability to work independently within the service plan of each consumer. Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, consumers, and their family members.
