Description Seven Oaks Country Club, Inc. (5400 Tuscarawas Rd Beaver, PA 15009) needs three (3) temporary (full-time, 40 hours per week) Course and Grounds Laborer in Beaver County, from 5/1/2026 -11/1/2026. Will offer a wage of $18.69/hr. Overtime may be available at $28.04/hr. 10:00am-7:00pm Wed-Sun. Workers will landscape grounds of property using hand or power tools or heavy equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: mow, trim, plant, water, rake, shovel, mulch, litter/debris cleanup. Load/unload/move trees/shrubs/landscape materials; remove debris. General upkeep of buildings, golf course, and grounds. Three months of landscaping experience and use of tools and equipment required. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Basic-level English skills required. Employer paid drug test required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. No education required. Three- months similar work experience required. Employer provides required tools/equipment at no charge. Employer provides transportation to and from all work sites. Optional employer provided arranged housing. For certified periods of employment lasting 120 days or more: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages. Workers will be paid weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paychecks required by law. Employer will reimburse the H- 2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
