Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Setting Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour, awake hours DOE $11.41 per hour for sleep hours Would you like a fun, meaningful career where you can make a difference in the lives of adults? Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking both full and part-time Direct Support Professionals to work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Mahnomen, MN. In this position, you will: Support the clients to succeed in everyday activities. Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes. Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served. Work in a great residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications:
