Kansas City, MO, 64133 Job Description We are seeking a Community Access Driver to provide transportation services for developmentally disabled individuals. The Community Access Driver will be responsible for safely transporting individuals to and from various community activities, appointments, and events. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Provide safe and reliable transportation services for developmentally disabled individuals Assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and staff Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Maintain accurate records of mileage and services provided Requirements Valid Class E in Missouri or Class C in Kansas driver's license and clean driving record Experience working with individuals with disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, the role is mainly Monday-Friday 8:30 to 3:30
