Job Description

A Loving Shift in Perspective Barnabas Redwood Manor isn't your typical residential care facility. We are a family-owned, 47-bed community dedicated to "encouraging fruitful lives" for our residents. Owned and operated by a Doctor of Pharmacy and PhD Neuroscientist , we combine high-level clinical expertise with a grassroots, community-focused heart. We are dually licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH). We are looking for a leader who wants to step away from the "spreadsheet management" of big chains and return to what matters: the residents and the team. The Role As the Director/Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure Missouri
DHSS/DMH
compliance, and lead our dedicated team of 8-12 employees. We aren't just looking for a "manager"—we are looking for a community builder who can drive our census to 100% while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a 47-bed RCF with grace and organization.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a "survey-ready" environment in accordance with Missouri Level 1 Residential Care regulations.
Census & Growth:
Actively market the facility to local families and hospitals to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
Team Culture:
Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure a supportive work environment.
