Inside Retail Sales

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations within the store, ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ambition to serve others and genuinely help customers will make you an ideal candidate. Good communication skills and a passion for retail, particularly in the Hardware and/or Firearms sector, are a plus. You will play a crucial role in being a valuable member of the team, figure-head in the store and community and fostering a positive shopping environment. Duties Smile Greet every customer Have a passion for helping others Strive to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee functions including inventory control, cash handling, and merchandising. Assist in recruiting top talent for the store to build a high-performing team. Maintain an organized store environment that promotes a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning for the store. Skills Proven experience in in-store and retail operations. Knowledge of Hardware and "DIY" mindset. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Positive attitude Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time Knowledge of wireless sales processes and products is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
