Job Description

Director of Clinical Training, Psy. D. Program Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and academically prepared faculty to serve as the Director of Clinical Training and full-time faculty for the Doctor of Counseling Psychology (PsyD) Program. The Directorship is a 12-month appointment with a unique opportunity to combine academic excellence with meaningful administrative leadership through oversight of the PsyD clinical training sector of the Psy.

D. program. Required Education:
Earned doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program is required.
Qualifications:
Established record of service in clinical placement and related research and scholarship; 5+ years teaching experience in a related discipline at an institution of higher education with an earned rank of Associate Professor or Professor; comprehensive understanding of curriculum design, assessment and academic program development; superior verbal and written communications skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion; well-developed analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven experience working with a multicultural and diverse student population; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
Salary Range:
$76,200 - 88,300
