About the Opportunity Our client, a distinguished private wealth management platform serving ultra-high net worth individuals and families, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business analytics across the organization. This leadership role partners closely with executive management, business heads, and the board of directors to drive strategic, data-driven decision making and support long-term growth. The position is integral to fostering cross-functional collaboration and a culture of analytical rigor in a highly regulated environment. Job Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process and develop multi-year strategic financial plans supporting firm growth and performance Build and maintain rolling forecasts and scenario models reflecting AUM growth, market performance, client acquisition, and advisor productivity Oversee detailed revenue forecasting and analysis, including AUM-driven, advisory, and recurring fee streams Prepare and present executive and board-level reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in collaboration with Corporate and Fund controllers Drive a culture of accountability, analytical discipline, and process improvement across finance and business units Promote cross-functional collaboration and act as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders and senior stakeholders Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred 8-16 years' experience, with at least 5 years in wealth or asset management environments Proven ability to produce executive-level reporting for private client or ultra high net worth firms Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities Strong understanding of a wide range of financial products and operational processes within complex financial services platforms Background working in collaborative, consensus-driven, yet demanding environments Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance processes in financial services The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
