Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and revenue recognition. Ensure strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures are implemented and consistently followed across RSG and portfolio companies. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial partners; lead audit and tax processes.
