This position drives operational excellence, guest experience, financial performance, and team development across restaurants, bars, hotel operations, and guest-facing amenities. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight Strong background in high-volume casino, resort, or hotel environments Proven success managing budgets, operational strategy, and cross-functional leadership teams Responsibilities Oversee all hospitality outlets, ensuring service excellence, brand standards, and guest satisfaction Drive financial performance through revenue growth, labor management, and cost controls Lead and develop department heads, fostering accountability, culture, and operational consistency
