Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with autism, developmental disabilities, and those in group home or assisted living settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support in their daily activities. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met. Support individuals with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting as needed. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Monitor and document client progress and any changes in behavior or condition. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client care. Experience Previous experience in home community care or as a caregiver is preferred. Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Experience in a group home or assisted living environment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting clients when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations. A background in nursing or related fields can be beneficial but is not required.
