Schedule:

Nights, 3 shifts per week Each shift is 11.5 hours (19:00 - 07:30)

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active RN license required Recent clinical experience in a Level

III NICU

setting Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to manage ventilated infants and work with advanced neonatal technology Compassionate approach and collaborative mindset working with families and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care to neonates in a Level III NICU, managing complex cases with skill and precision Monitor patient vitals, interpret medical information, and respond promptly to changes in condition Administer prescribed medications and treatments while maintaining detailed documentation Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers Provide educational support to parents and caregivers Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety protocols
