Job Description:

Director of Manufacturing Engineering ???? McHenry, MS (Onsite) | Direct Hire We're partnering with an innovative advanced manufacturing organization seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a high-performing team supporting prototype-to-production scale-up in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manufacturing engineering and production operations for a growing site Manage a team of 30+ engineers and technicians Drive facility and equipment commissioning, automation, and process development Oversee multiple high-priority projects while guiding transition from low-rate to full-rate production Support long-term scaling efforts to high-volume manufacturing

What We're Looking For:

Director/VP-level manufacturing leadership experience Proven success scaling operations from prototype to production Background in highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, medical device, pharma, etc.) Expertise in automation, process engineering, safety/compliance, and equipment commissioning Experience managing complex engineering portfolios and cross-functional teams Ability to obtain security clearance
