Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Nursing at McKay Healthcare & Rehab in Soap Lake, WA. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing nursing operations, infection control, medication administration, long-term care, and ensuring the highest quality of nursing care. You will lead a team of nurses to provide comprehensive care and optimize resident outcomes. Qualifications Nursing Management and Leadership skills Expertise in Infection Control Knowledge of Medicine and Medical Practices Strong Nursing skills Experience in Long-term Care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Current RN license Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree/Masters preferred
