We are looking for a dishwasher and warehouse janitorial maintenance crew member to join our growing team and maintain cleanliness around our bakery. Responsibilities Collect used large bowls, aluminum sheet pans, utensils, and more from around the bakery Wash specific items by hand (e.g. cutting boards, knives and smaller items) Hand wash a high volume amount of baking sheet trays and pans daily Put away clean utensils and equipment appropriately Use our automatic floor cleaning machine to scrub the bakery floors Clean, vacuum, mop, dust business office suite weekly Clean 2 employee bathrooms thoroughly and regularly Organize our pallets of ingredients and ensure all areas of the bakery look tidy Fold/build up large cardboard boxes used for deliveries and help to prepare our pastry team for packaging orders Additional tasks as needed throughout the day Skills Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed Time management skills Attention to detail and sanitation rules Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if something needs to be moved Physically capable of being on your feet and standing at a work station for hours at a time. This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekends required.
