Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans efficiently using proper sanitation procedures Support catering events or banquet setups by transporting dishes and assisting with service logistics Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and equipment sanitation Help with bussing tables during busy service periods to ensure smooth flow of guests' dining experience Follow food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation standards is a plus Prior experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel operations is advantageous but not mandatory Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, cleanliness, and culinary support!
