Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and efficiently to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to promote a safe and sanitary environment. Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards. Clear tables and bussing tables during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock levels. Skills Bilingual in Spanish & English is a Must Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety protocols. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks with attention to detail. Familiarity with catering or banquet service is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with culinary staff. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry.
