Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in preparing and cooking meals for catering events
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must be reliable and punctual

Note:

This position involves both cooking and dishwashing duties. The primary responsibility is to assist the chef with meal preparation for catering events, but dishwashing tasks will also be required.
