Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and drive team performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and delivering memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and training new team members to uphold service excellence Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours in a fast-paced environment Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure smooth food and beverage service, including food preparation and presentation standards Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies, including POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and monitor cash handling procedures Enforce food safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations Lead staff training initiatives on food handling, customer service, POS operation, and food industry best practices Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership, preferably within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong supervisory skills with a background in supervising teams and managing shifts effectively Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Familiarity with food preparation, food safety standards, inventory control, and food management processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and handle customer concerns professionally Experience in managing budgets, staffing schedules, and conducting interviews for hiring new team members Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence Join us as a Front of House Manager to lead our vibrant team in creating memorable guest experiences!
