Green Mountain Camp Dishwasher / Utility Person - Summer 2026 Position Overview & Required Skills Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Teamwork and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and follow direction. Positive attitude and genuine interest in food service. No cooking experience required. Must be honest, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Duties Scrape and rinse dishes following sink and sanitation guidelines. Operate commercial dishwashers. Sweep and mop floors daily. Keep dish areas orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Wash tables, refrigeration surfaces, and food contact surfaces. Remove trash and place in designated containers. Transport supplies and equipment as needed. Help load and unload supplies and products. Assist with dining room cleanup.
