Dispatcher Experience in Towing Day & Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for a fleet of vehicles
• Dispatch drivers to various locations based on customer locations and drop-offs
• Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AS NEEDED

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE

  (Highway and local)
• Has the ability to work multi-line phone systems
• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics role
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and transportation management software
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously We offer competitive pay.
