Job Title:

Distribution Associate - $17-19/HR Job Description Join a rapidly growing team as a Distribution Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and shipment of products to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Process and audit orders for accuracy. Ensure company products are processed and audited to fit customer specifications. Pack products safely and securely to be shipped. Ship orders to designated customer locations promptly. Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications. Collect and compress cardboard using a compactor. Sort and count parts accurately. Essential Skills Experience in inventory management. Proficiency in packing and picking. Ability to handle production and order picking tasks. Skills in packaging and shipping. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment. Experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Familiarity with inventory, counting, and labeling processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
