Overview The District Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple store locations within their assigned territory. This role leads Store Leaders and Arch Support Specialists to achieve revenue goals, exceed Net Sales per New Up (NSNU) standards, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold The Good Feet Store's brand standards. A critical component of this role is maintaining a strong in-store presence, providing hands-on training, coaching, and operational support to ensure consistent execution and team development. Locations This role supports the following California locations (with projection of more stores opening in this area in 2026) Colma 17 Colma Blvd. Colma, CA 94014 Union City 32256 Dyer St. Ste B-4 Union City, CA 94587 Pleasant Hill 2340 Monument Blvd. Suite B Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 Santa Clara 5227 Stevens Creek Blvd. Santa Clara, CA 95051 Novato 120 Vintage Way, Suite D-3 Novato, CA 94945 Regular travel between these locations is required. What You'll Do Sales Leadership and Business Performance Drive district-wide revenue growth by ensuring all stores meet or exceed key performance metrics, including Net Sales per New Up (NSNU), conversion, and demonstration rates. Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. Coach Store Leaders and Arch Support Specialists on sales strategies, customer engagement, and closing techniques. Monitor performance through data and real-time feedback to ensure consistent execution of company initiatives. In-Store Leadership, Training, and Development Maintain an active in-store presence five days per week across the district. Provide hands-on training and support to both new and existing employees. Lead structured training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching focused on improving performance. Deliver real-time feedback on the sales floor and ensure alignment with company training standards. Foster a professional, motivating, and supportive environment in every store. Operational Excellence and Store Support Support Store Leaders in daily operations and team management. Ensure all stores operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Maintain high expectations for store presentation, inventory management, and customer experience. Actively participate in store events, promotions, and daily operations as needed. Labor and Workforce Management Manage labor hours across the market to align with business needs and financial targets. Oversee scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and productivity. Partner with Store Leaders to optimize staffing based on peak business needs and performance trends. Customer Experience Champion a consultative, customer-first sales approach. Ensure every store delivers a consistent and exceptional experience. Address escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution aligns with company values and expectations. Financial and Business Management Manage district-level financial performance, including revenue, payroll, and controllable expenses. Identify opportunities for growth and cost efficiency. Hold Store Leaders accountable for achieving financial and operational goals.
