This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to keep teams organized while meeting tight production deadlines. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well under pressure, communicates effectively with management and staff, and is comfortable working weekends and overtime as needed. Core Responsibilities Lead and support packaging and distribution teams during daily operations Help maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met Organize workflow for weighing, packaging, labeling, and case packing Verify product counts, labels, batch information, and overall quality control Assist with inventory organization and movement between departments Prepare products and paperwork for distribution and transfers Maintain clean and compliant work areas at all times Monitor team productivity and assist with training new employees Communicate operational issues, supply needs, or delays to management promptly Support compliance procedures and follow all company SOPs and state regulations Assist with weekend projects, large production pushes, and overtime operations as needed Expectations & Standards Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical labor Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Must be dependable, punctual, and organized Must be comfortable working weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Cannabis industry experience preferred Previous leadership or warehouse experience preferred Schedule Full-time Weekend availability required Overtime opportunities available based on production needs Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company
