Door-to-Door Marketer (High-Earning Role)

Maxwell Painting — Morris County, NJ Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Performance-Based Pay Maxwell Painting is looking for a dependable, motivated, and personable individual to join our marketing team. We believe good opportunities should be simple: work hard, treat people well, perform consistently, and be paid well for results. This role is straightforward. You will speak with homeowners in our current neighborhoods and ask whether they would like a free painting estimate from a reputable local company. Some people are surprisingly good at this work. They enjoy meeting people, communicate naturally, stay consistent, and take pride in doing a job well. Those people tend to do very well here. Our strongest marketers regularly earn the equivalent of $35-$50+ per hour in a flexible part-time schedule.

Compensation Base pay:

$200/week Plus $60 per qualified lead after 5 leads/week Weekly hours: 10 hours per week Flexible scheduling available A strong marketer who averages one lead per hour can earn excellent money in relatively few hours. What You'll Be Doing You will be provided targeted neighborhood lists in Morris, Union, and Essex County communities.

Responsibilities include:

Driving and walking door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Speaking professionally with homeowners Introducing Maxwell Painting Offering homeowners a free estimate Recording interested homeowners This is a people business. Communication, consistency, and attitude matter far more than previous experience. Who Usually Succeeds Here The people who tend to succeed in this role are often: dependable, self-motivated, optimistic, comfortable speaking with people, and interested in improving themselves. Many have backgrounds in athletics, customer service, leadership activities, business interests, or other roles involving people and responsibility. The schedule works especially well for students and individuals looking for meaningful part-time income. You do not need prior experience. We are willing to train the right person.
