Drywaller/Finisher/Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/ Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained. Duties Must have hanging, taping, mudding, finishing and painting exp. Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various facilities, including carpentry work. Utilize tools and equipment effectively. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man / Carpentry or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with various carpenty tools, hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques. Basic understanding of carpentry skills and plumbing systems. Basic framing, drywall installation, finishing and painting skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
