Job Description:
Mavi is seeking an operationally driven and curious Ecommerce Marketplace & Operations Executive to manage and grow our presence across a portfolio of digital sales channels including Amazon 3P, TikTok Shop, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Shopify storefronts. This is a channel ownership role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple platforms, adaptable in a fast-changing e-commerce environment, and excited to help grow an evolving marketplace business. You'll work closely with our Senior Digital Product Manager and the VP of Ecommerce and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Service, and IT.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketplace Operations The majority of this role is focused on marketplace channel management. You will own the operational health and growth of our presence across all third-party platforms. Amazon 3
P:
Manage our third-party Amazon storefront end-to-end - including product listing creation and optimization, inventory management, pricing updates, A+ content coordination, and case management. Monitor performance metrics and flag issues proactively.
TikTok Shop:
Own daily operations of our TikTok Shop storefront via Seller Center - product listings, inventory sync, promotions, and affiliate/creator product tagging. Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Social to align product availability around key campaign and creator moments.
Department Store Marketplaces:
Serve as the primary operator for our Macy's and Bloomingdale's marketplace channels (managed via Mirakl). Maintain accurate product feeds, meet partner-specific content and imagery standards, and manage inventory reconciliation and feed discrepancies.
Cross-Platform Catalog Management:
Maintain consistency and accuracy in product data - titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery, and pricing - across all marketplace channels. Strong attention to detail and comfort with CSV/feed management is essential.
Performance Monitoring:
Track channel-level metrics across platforms and surface insights or issues to the Senior Digital Product Manager. This role is expected to be curious about the data, not just execute against it. Shopify & DTC Support Operational support for our Shopify storefronts across Mavi, 34 Heritage, Brooklyn Industries, and General Denim Works.
Product uploads and catalog maintenance:
Support seasonal SKU uploads, attribute tagging, and pricing accuracy across storefronts.
Content and merchandising support:
Assist with collection page updates, promotional content, and site QA as needed in coordination with the Senior Digital Product Manager.
Cross-functional support:
Act as a point of contact for Customer Service and fulfillment teams on catalog-related order issues, inventory discrepancies, or product data errors. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing and Performance Marketing to align marketplace content and promotions with campaign calendars. Coordinate with IT on platform integrations, feed management tools, and any technical issues across channels. Work with Customer Service to resolve marketplace-driven order or fulfillment issues quickly. Support loyalty program operations with customer behavior insights and campaign performance tracking Stay current on industry trends, including AI and data analytics developments, and apply learnings to improve CRM and marketing effectiveness
Qualifications :
1-3 years in ecommerce operations, marketplace management, or a related role Experience with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Seller Center, or retail marketplace platforms such as Mirakl is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is beneficial but not required Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods is preferred Naturally curious and eager to learn new platforms, systems, and ecommerce ecosystems quickly Strong operational discipline with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify feed errors, listing gaps, and inventory discrepancies Adaptable and excited by a role that will continue evolving as our channel mix grows Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CSV files, and product feeds; experience with inventory or catalog management tools is a plus Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage and improve the channels you oversee
