Job Description

J Position Summary The E-Commerce Processor & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operational flow of online sales, including receiving, auditing, photographing, listing inventory, and processing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures product accuracy, maintains production quotas across online platforms, and supports warehouse logistics to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, research, authenticate, sort, and prepare products for online sale Photograph inventory and create accurate, detailed product listings Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing Manage and maintain inventory records across e-commerce platforms Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy Travel daily to the warehouse location in Ooltewah to pick up, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Audit products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met prior to shipping and listing Maintain productivity goals and listing quotas for online marketplaces Update inventory levels and product data within content management and inventory systems Assist with warehouse organization and general fulfillment operations Coordinate internally regarding inventory issues, order discrepancies, and customer inquiries Qualifications Previous experience in retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations preferred (1+ years preferred) Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Mercari, Vendoo, Shopify, or similar systems Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately describe products and manage inventory data Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to the Ooltewah warehouse location Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and inventory items as needed Ability to perform repetitive motions including packing, sorting, and labeling Preferred Skills Knowledge of shipping and fulfillment procedures Experience photographing products for online sales Familiarity with online marketplaces and resale platforms Basic understanding of inventory management systems and logistics operations Benefits & Work Environment Flexible scheduling opportunities Independent and self-managed work environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced e-commerce business Combination of computer-based work and hands-on fulfillment operations Collaborative and entrepreneurial team atmosphere
Pay:
$12.50 - $15.00 per hour
