We are looking for a Early Career & Campus Manager who brings strong capability in end‑to‑end operational management of the Early Careers / Campus Recruitment programs and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to lead, develop, and support a high‑performing team. The Campus Manager ensures that all service processes are executed with excellence, KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, and stakeholder relationships are managed with professionalism and care. This is a highly operational, people‑focused leadership role that also requires strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities Operational Leadership Oversee the full lifecycle of campus recruitment operations, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all stages. Manage KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high‑standard execution. Drive operational excellence across the team, ensuring processes are followed, optimized, and continuously improved. Ensure compliance with all recruitment, hiring, and data‑handling processes, including nuanced requirements. Lead end‑to‑end campaign cycles, including planning, execution, and post‑campaign evaluation. People Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of campus recruitment specialists. Provide ongoing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure team members are set up for success. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture. Ensure team members feel supported, valued, and developed — not just managed. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including: Client stakeholders Head of Early Careers (US) Additional internal and external partners Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations. Adapt communication style to different stakeholder needs and expectations. Manage regular stakeholder meetings, updates, and touchpoints. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for client partners, ensuring trust, transparency, and alignment. Understand client expectations deeply and ensure the team delivers against them. Proactively identify risks, challenges, or gaps and address them before they escalate. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with university partners and external organizations. Strategic & Innovative Thinking Bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes, and propose new ways of working. Identify opportunities for innovation across campus programs, tools, and engagement strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in early careers hiring. Support global alignment and consistency across regions. Skills & Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Early Careers / Campus Recruitment. 2-4 years of experience in team leadership or people management. Proven experience managing high‑volume recruitment cycles. Strong stakeholder management experience, ideally with senior or complex stakeholders. Experience managing university relationships and campus campaign cycles, Experience hiring or managing student/graduate talent. Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think ahead and anticipate needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Strong relationship‑building skills — able to gain trust quickly. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
