Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 10 years old. KidsUnited not only teaches children how to play soccer; it acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. Ideal candidates will be responsible for leading classes with high energy and ensuring that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities. Ideal candidates will also be able to communicate with parents on the progress of their child and keep the parents engaged in the program. Duties Training children ages 1.5-9yrs old, max 14 children per class Capable of following and understanding KidsUnited training sessions Consistently giving parent feedback about their child's progress as well as keeping accurate records of feedback Communicating with parents about the purpose of each session and core focuses Ensure health and safety precautions are observed during all activities Maintaining equipment and keeping the facility clean Skills At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer Or 2-3 years working with children and some experience playing soccer Solid verbal and written communication skills required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Ability to work and function in a
